Dynamic Knack - Strange Visitor, contributed

I have never actually seen anyone do a write-up for the theoretical Level 4
and 5 knacks, and I am myself flexible as to which level Strange Visitor exists
at. Hope you enjoy it, and I look forward to your feedback:
"They say he fast as a whirlwind an' twice as strong. An' they say he ain't
from around here, if you catch me right..."
Description: People tell stories about you at every tier of society:
the guy who laughs at bullets; the vigilante who throws "I-Beams"; the masked
marauder who can outrun any escape vehicle. Whatever the legend they tell, whatever
the story they weave , one thing is for certain: you're not like the rest of
us. You know, "us": EARTHLINGS
System: The Stalwarts in posession of this Knack is not limited to the
standard 5 dots in their Attributes. Instead, they may develope any/all of their
physical Attributes up to (Facet+Inspiration) dots. Facet-Attribute pairings
are as follows:
Strength-Destructive; Stamina-Reflective; Dexterity-Intuitive. The Stalwart
must buy Strange Visitor for each attribute they wish to enhance in this manner.
In addition to the lower limitations for the characters physical developement,
the Stalwart gains (Inspiration) dots added to the applicable attributes at
the time of purchase, though the attribute must be determined at the time of
purchase, and may not be changed thereafter. As the name of this Knack implies,
ST's are advised to reserve Strange Visitor for aliens/exotic beings or storyteller
characters. This Knack may also be purchased as the Innovation Millenium Man,
which requires both Wealth Beyond Avarice and the Artifact background enhancements
to purchase.
