Jacen_Albright: Okay, we'll get into character. I'll describe the arena through an NPC. We mention any training flash backs prior to the match and then we have the enterances.
Megaton: Cool, I'm IC now
Jacen_Albright: [ooc]During the fight were on the honour system. Using whispers we'll tell each other what we rolled for init, dodges and attacks.
Megaton: [ooc] got it
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] We roll damage for ourselves. We describe our attacks, and the p! erson hit describes what the attack did to him.
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] Then rinse and repeat pretty much. You'll get the hang of it.

Jacen_Albright: [Jojo] Hello I'm Jerry Dylans! My partner Dustin is out in Calcutta India right now awaiting the anticipated No Gloves vs. Ravana match!
Jacen_Albright: [Jojo] Tonight, live from Toyko's infamous and up until now illegal, underground Blood Arena, we have a cage match between to Silver Circle fighters waiting to prove themselves!
Jacen_Albright: [Ashen] Hello, XWF fans!!! I'm Emily Ashen! An up and coming Silver Circle fighter. I'm gonna be announcing the match with my cutey friend here, Jerry "jojo" Dylans. Hee hee!
Megaton: ooc-Do u want me to run Emily?
Jacen_Albright: [Jojo] Why don't you tell them about tonight's fighter's Emily?
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] If you want to. Go ahead. You're free to run any npc at any point unless they're someone's background character.
Megaton: [ashen] If you insist, you know I love it when you're forceful. Tonight is cage matach between that rookie sensation and hot bod Megaton!
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] You can describe your fighter through her
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] Which I see you're taking total advantage of!
Megaton: He's making his Monday Night Massacre debut tonight against the wily veteran Jacen Albright!
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] Wily? Whoa.
Megaton: [Ashen] I don't know as much about Jacen but I've wtached Megaton when I could. He's been with us about a year and a half now, doing the house shows, catch what you can from him, he's fast!
Megaton: [ashen] His style is best described as frantic, and improvisational. He'll use anything in the ring that he can, and Imena anything! They say he can throw a car for a block or two. His record on the mile is under two minutes
Jacen_Albright: [Jojo] Wow! Imagine that speed folks!
Megaton: [ashen] and he's athletic as a spider monkey on crack! Watch out for his Meltdown, it's some kind of Bio-energy ray he projects that can punch into concrete like a drill. My favorite though is The Interceptor.
Jacen_Albright: [Jojo] The interceptor?

Megaton: [ashen] The Interceptor is his flying body spear, he loves using it on opponents that try to fly away to regorup. The man is crazy!

Jacen_Albright: [Jojo] Ok, thanks Emily. Tonights warm up match is between an Elite name Karosaki and famour Hong Kong action star Ricky "the Tiger"!

Iron_Angel: Angel (in human form) takes his seat.

Jacen_Albright: Kaurosaki, strolls in with long steps smoke rising out of his footprints. Japanese hip hop plays loudly and the crowd pops as he waves to them.
Megaton: [ashe] OOH this should be great! I love Ricky! He's like the hottest! Can I get his autograph!
Jacen_Albright: Jacen paces nervously in the back room "I hate waiting for fights, I want to be out there now!"
Iron_Angel: Steps up, walks over to the back rooms.... (I wonder how Jacen is doing?)
Megaton: [Megaton in locker room, eating ramen like a horse] SLURPP!
Jacen_Albright: Lights flash and the vid screen shows a scene from "The Blood of the Tiger" where Ricky heroicly saves his baseline police partner
Iron_Angel: ...walking....
Jacen_Albright: Jacen's manager looks his usually angry, stressed out self. He seems to be number crunching and his employees seem down right afraid
Iron_Angel: Knocks on door.
Jacen_Albright: [J's Manager] Who? Angel! What are you here for? Gonna give some encouragement to your student?
Megaton: [ashen] XWF wants to remind you that these are trained Novas, that are in the arena, and that none of the action stunts, and fights should be attempted on your own for any reason. Leave the rough stuff to the guys with th! e Right stuff.
Iron_Angel: That's the general idea.
Iron_Angel: Is he available?
Jacen_Albright: At this time Ricky back flips and cart wheels and lands with a smile and wink on his side of the cage. The crowd pops even louder for the famous star!
Megaton: [megaton] Did I bring my cel phone? I gotta call Ma. I don't even know what time it is in America! Crap. I need more ramen.
Jacen_Albright: [J's manager] For you? Absolutely! Were all worried about him. Tell him to kill that lousy bastard eh!
Iron_Angel: Iron raises an eyebrow at that and steps forward. (To self: He really should know me better than that)
Iron_Angel: (Is Jacen sitting or pacing or what?)
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] T! he manager is a little mean and self centered. I like to have fun through him.
Jacen_Albright: Jacen is sitting on a stool under a swaying lamp. A new white leather jacket is on his back with Japanese tatooes on it. He should notice you but he's too preoccupied and seems to be clenching his fists to support his chin.
Iron_Angel: Hey there Jacen, what are you doing?
Megaton: [megaton] (Gets on phone in the room) Uh security? I've got some fans hanging right outside the door and my match is in a few. Can we do something?
Jacen_Albright: D... Angel!
Jacen_Albright: [Security] Sir, we'll take care of them right away.! Good luck in the match. I bet 5000 yen that you work that punk Albright over.
Iron_Angel: J. A., I hear you are fighting out there without your other self.... or not in your other self... or something.
Megaton: {megaton} No problem. Hey, that cute when in the pink, get her number for me will ya?
Jacen_Albright: Hah, yeah. I've been practising in my human form against baseline shootfighters. I'm pretty good.
Jacen_Albright: I thought it was a good idea to challenge this guy at the time. It was right on the heels of my last win.
Jacen_Albright: But then he... changed.
Iron_Angel: And... was this your idea?
Iron_Angel: What do you mean changed?
Jacen_Albright: Yea. Nobody approved but I k! new I could do it. I convinced everyone I could run the triple crown.
Jacen_Albright: He's stronger and faster. He's improved so fast it's like he's a different person.
Iron_Angel: Is he like us?
Megaton: [megaton] (sits down and thinks a bit, then gets up again to walk around. He's a bundle of nervous energy. He puts on some head phones and digs a pack of power bars out of his gymbag
Jacen_Albright: No, but I won't be allowed to transform without DQ'ing. ancious laugh Funny, if I transformed I could mope the floor with him.
Jacen_Albright: But I can't this time and I've got nothing!
Megaton: [megaton] Who's this Jacen guy anyway? I thought he was a Red or Black Circle champion contender?
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] Who i! s megaton asking?
Iron_Angel: Running the thriple sounds fairly like the sin of pride. But I haven't seen your base form fight so that might be a rush to judgement.
Megaton: [megaton] (dawning finally shows on Megaton's face) He must be Dormed down or something! Either that or their working an angle to put me over.

Iron_Angel: My starting advice is this: If it will save your life, or even limb, transform and take the D.Q.
Iron_Angel: Do you still superheal in this form?

Megaton: [megaton] (scarfs down a few more pow! er bars and gets into his gear)
Jacen_Albright: What's got me the most nervous is that just all of a sudden. Out of nowhere mind you we got a call from Tor.
Iron_Angel: Angel shugs at the "scary" comment. Normally you think he would say something about God at this point. That he doesn't means he's concerned.
Iron_Angel: Who is "Tor"
Jacen_Albright: outside in the arena, Tiger seems to be having trouble grabbing on to the scalding hot Kaurosaki
Jacen_Albright: Tor, the doc. The guy who rates our power levels?
Iron_Angel: Oh him! What did he say?
Jacen_Albright: His name is Tor ... I think. He called us up and said I won't be able to use my signature eufiber for this fight now too!
Meg! aton: (Megaton is striking with his yellow glowing eyes. His Eufiber looks like black cargo pants with calf-high shiny black boots, and a light yellow shirt with the nuclear hazard symbol on the back and also near his shoulder. He also wears aviator goggles.)
Iron_Angel: (Angel thinks back to his last meeting with Tor.... Why does he always shudder when he looks at me?)
Iron_Angel: Will not or should not?
Jacen_Albright: Fuckers! I'm being setup for this other fighter. They wanted me to feel confident and then bam! They take away the eufiber to ruin my chances.
Jacen_Albright: I will not. sigh
Jacen_Albright: I haven't even trained without my eufiber...
Iron_Angel: What about standard armor?

Iron_Angel: Even a cheap reinforced t-shirt would be something.
Megaton: [megaton] (begins to shake out his limbs, stretch and do a few practice flips, his hands glow and he let's out a small beam of glowing yellow energy from his finger to hit the wall which has a poster of the event in Tokyo. The beam hits Jacen square.)
Jacen_Albright: I was handed some bullshit line about "style" and "keeping the powerlevels even". Good idea about the T. But if they caught me I'd be DQ'ed.
Iron_Angel: What do they give the sc... the other fighers?
Jacen_Albright: *outside in the arena* [Jojo] Oh look at that! Amazing! The Tiger just pulled his patented hurricane dragon kick! Kaurosaki is down, he's down folks!
Iron_Angel: I mean like the Polip, or that devil guy?

Black_Hammer: Black Hammer slides into a seat inconspicuously, hoping he didn't miss much
Jacen_Albright: They get tough padded costumes. Some sort of nova derived material like kevlar I think.
Megaton: [ashen] MY man!! I knew he wouldn't let me down! Ricky, over here!!
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] Hey were just warming up
Black_Hammer: goes over there, with bucket o'beers
Iron_Angel: Well, you have never fought in your human form, in public I mean. Would you like some padding?
Jacen_Albright: [Ricky] Smiling and talking in Japanese Thank you for your hospitality, I hope Kaurosaki enjoyed my testicle destroying n! ine squirrels punch!
Megaton: [ashen] Not as much as I did! (Wink Wink)
Jacen_Albright: [Ricky] smiling and talking his best in Japanese I really hope the spirit of my film. The Blood of the Cow!
Megaton: [Megaton] When's the goddamned match going to start?! I hate waiting! Fuck! (goes to wall and rips poster down, tearing it to pieces in microseconds.
Iron_Angel: (OOC: All kiding aside, could you wear padding? Megaton, what do you think?)
Jacen_Albright: [Ricky] Is to you as enjoyable as I am enjoyable... *mutters in Chinese* Oh boy I hope I got that right
Megaton: ooc He might need it. I don't see how he can hang with a nova if he's dormed down!
Black_Hammer: (OOC: If you wanted to, I suppose you could wear armored clothing or a flak jacket or something. It'll slow down the first punch.)
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] Jacen's just complaining. He's not really dormed just in his human form.
Megaton: ooc OK
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] It's okay it was an incharacter dilema
Megaton: If you insist
Black_Hammer: [ooc] feeling naked without the Eufiber?
Jacen_Albright: Heh. I feel pretty naked without my E-clothes

Jacen_Albright: I'm normally not religious mind you, but I'd make an exception. Please?
Iron_Angel: Angel nods, Stands, closes his eyes, and puts his hand on your head. "God, please help Jacen in this coming trial, and prevent serious injury from him". Amen.
Jacen_Albright: [Ricky] smiles and tries to decipher her English Umm... yes thank you. So pleased.

Jacen_Albright: I don't know if that did anything, but knowing a powerful fighter like you believes in me is something. [Aah the irony here]
Jacen_Albright: I'm going for it!
Black_Hammer: Black Hammer checks with a neighbor, sees that he's missed only the opening acts- ah, "earlier fights."
Iron_Angel: Angel just smiles. "God bless".
Jacen_Albright: [The Ref] Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls! Let me present to you your champions!
Jacen_Albright: [Ref] In this corner...
Iron_Angel: (OCC: You really should let me convince one of the scrubs to lend you his clothes. What else is Intimidation 5 for?)

Megaton: (a glow starts to seep from behind the aviator goggles that Megaton is wearing) It's on. (Megaton starts heading for the 'gorilla spot' where the competitors wait for their announcement, he makes sure his music is ready to be cued)
Iron_Angel: Angel leaves and heads for his seat...
Jacen_Albright: (Haha. It's okay Angel. If Jacen loses, he loses.)
Jacen_Albright: flexes and moves about getting used to his new costume It's time.
Megaton: (nods to Angel as he passes nearby)
Megaton: (GS [gamespeak] OK I got a 17
Megaton: ooc gimme a second to set the entrance

Jacen_Albright: Jacen Albright walks in to the theme song of the "The Rock". He's a wiry tough wearing a white leather, tattooed, martial artist outfit with combat boots and black wraps on his chest and hands.
Jacen_Albright: He brushes back his spikey anime looking hair with his left and kisses his right hand before making a victory sign
Jacen_Albright: Okay, let's see what megaton can really do! Jacen waits in the cage
Megaton: [Ref] In the other corner we have the challenger making his Monday Night Massacre Debut, at 6'1" and 225 lbs the walking catastrophe Megaton!
Megaton: "A Modern day Warrior, mean mean stride, today's Tom Sawyer mean, mean pride!" The lights first go out completely, then there's just two yellow glowing spots that fade, then the lights blast back on with the first bass drum hit
Megaton: Megaton is almost vibrating with energy as he flips and hops and whirls his way down to ringside like a dervish. His hands are glowing as he hops onto the cage and shimmies up it like a spider.
Jacen_Albright: [Jojo] Wow look at that confidence in both our fighters! Look at the energy roll off of Megaton. Check out Jacen's new jacket!
Jacen_Albright: Watches Megaton with a hand on his chin
Megaton: {ashen} I dunno about Megaton, I mean c'mon, cargo pants? Goggles?
Jacen_Albright: [OOC] Ok, Dustin is in India right now for the next match. Only Emily Ashen and Jojo are here.
Megaton: (megaton climbs ove! r the top of the cage and leaps to the floor, slowly standing, his goggles only slighlty muting the nergy behind them

Jacen_Albright: [Jojo] shrugs It was the in thing a while back. Let's see if Megaton can revive it.
Black_Hammer: [Ashen] Guess it depends on how hard he hits.

Jacen_Albright: [Jojo; listening to an aide] Oh! It seems Jacen's outfit coincides with a popular anime character known for his toughness and guts even when he's facing defeat!
Megaton: (Megaton can barely hear what's going on with all the blood rushing to his ears, begins to look in some confusion outside the ring.)
Jacen_Albright: [the crowd laughing and cheering] Sano! Sano!
Jacen_Albright: Albright has a funny look on his face

Jacen_Albright: [Ref] You know the rules. There aren't any. Albright vs. Megaton. No time limit. Begin!
Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): Now we do init.
Jacen_Albright: The arena is filled with cheering. The small 5m by 5m cage is perfect for close in brawling and slams onto the reinforced concrete tiles
Jacen_Albright: Both fighters we'll have a hell of a fighter in such a confined space.
Jacen_Albright: And the fans are enjoying every minute.

Jacen_Albright: Albright breaks into a run at Megaton and leaps!
Black_Hammer: [Ashen] They're going at it like wild beasts!
Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): 3 sux (-1 for diff) on a jump kick
Megaton: (Megaton looked a little confused for a second, but now gets ready as he sees Jacen Flying at him)
Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): Aw crap. This is gonna be a long match... if there's no dodge it's 12 damage (minus soak leaving you with ! on die to roll)
Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): one die, not on die
Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): You roll for damage you take and describe it to the ppl watching
Megaton: Megaton is hit square in the head by Jacen's flying kick. His head tilts only slightly as he takes the blow. His hands curl as energy grows around them, and the slight indentation already has healed.
Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): You don't have tell me just describe it IC to everyone
Megaton: With a bit of a smirk as he takes Jacen's kick he lashes out with a balled fist towards ! Jacen's chest.
Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): I just love quickness. 2 sux on dodge

Megaton: Megaton races after Jacen in a heart beat, and does a quick spinning back fist for Jacen's head.

Jacen_Albright: Jacen again takes a hit. This time straight to the chest!
Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): Ok, we can start regenerating damage from the first round.
Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): If a round ends with one of us at maimed, it's usually over.
Iron_Angel: [Iron Angel] Thinks: This is a good setup. Nowhere to run or hide. Maybe we could start doing something like this....

Megaton: (Megaton is shocked by the sudden and furious assault, stepping back as he absorbs some heavy shots)

Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): It wouldn't be fair if you did it and it wouldn't be fair if I went and got supersized and metallic.
Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): I'm hitting you at the same time. 3 and 2
Jacen_Albright (whispers to Megaton): I think you need to grab them in a hold before you can throw them.

Black_Hammer: [Jojo] Listen to that cage- it's ringing like a gong! The crowd doesn't like that!
Jacen_Albright: [Ashen] Wow, look at those muscles! I think the cage would give way if it weren't supported within a nearly invisible vitirium mesh!

Black_Hammer: [Ashen] Wait- it looks like, is the ref calling the match? He is! Megaton's manager is trying to get into the ring! It's mayhem!

Black_Hammer: [Jojo] Well, you've got to give these guys credit- it takes guts to be a ref in the XWF! Megaton looks like he's about to take a shot on the ref!

Megaton: (Megaton Shoots a blast of energy at the ceiling. Then heads for the door, and begins to try and rip it open, shaking the ring in the process.)

Jacen_Albright: And I didn't even fully unleash.
Megaton: (Once he gets the door opens he stalks down the aisle, ripping signs out of fans hands.)
Jacen_Albright: [ooc] Were not really angry with each other. It was an attack that would have been rated as pretty good in the Red Circle.
Black_Hammer: [Jojo] Well, this is STILL anyone's fight here- they look like they're ready to go out to the parking lot! Megaton's got the rage!
Megaton: (He turns one time more at the entrance to the aisle and turns and flips the double hockey sticks at everyone)

Black_Hammer: And the crowd starts the chant again- quieter, but still solid. Sano! Sano! Sano!
Megaton: OOC Sorry everone I had to do the J-O-B. It was cool though. I have to go now and run an Aberrant game for my firends here. We'll do it again, count on it.
Jacen_Albright: Hangs his Jacket from one finger. Well, that was easier than expected. Didn't know that he would beat himself for me. makes a motion imitating Megaton running into the wall.
